I believe it was a Dodge Charger speeding down the dead end 30 mph Street almost hitting some of the guys lighting the fireworks for the community. They yelled at him, guns were drawn and people scrambled. He left and came back

@cybrtrkguy Maintenance, that's why. Outside air is dirty so they would have to have filters. Outdoor air temperatures fluctuate so there would need to be motorized actuators. Refrigerator location and Home Design would be restricted. Other than that the idea is a good idea.
