Like I always say, Maryland is the best state for black folk in this country. You see black excellence throughout the entire state.

@JustAFamilyMan_ @deedee_dunlap I was born here and I’m never leaving.
@JustAFamilyMan_ @kimxni_ It really is. Moving away helped me realize this. Just a great place to make your way.
@JustAFamilyMan_ I like living in Maryland, but I don’t equate black elected officials with “black excellence.” In fact, I’ve seen how politicians use their racial identity to push policies that are bad for the state.
@JustAFamilyMan_ I’ve heard some great things about Gov. Moore.
@JustAFamilyMan_ @officialbry__ As someone born in LA that moved to Maryland I 1000000000000% agree.
@JustAFamilyMan_ Adding Maryland to the potential move list as we speak
@JustAFamilyMan_ So, with your logic, because they are Black (and elected), this is automatically Black excellence? Surely you jest. I don't know much about them -except the minstrel who elected to sue Kia, because its cars are easy to steal. But, I digress...
@JustAFamilyMan_ Why is this still impressive? In places with large black populations, we have had large numbers of black elected officials for around 60 years now. The net benefit to black people has been 0.
@JustAFamilyMan_ Me and my best friend were just saying that if we were to ever leave NJ we would go to Maryland
