@RedGreenShowCBC Thank you for your suggestions. I did all of that which is why I reached out to find out if something changed. I noticed after that the reader said presto only and other streetcars shows more payment options. It was a reader issue and I realize that now.

@RedGreenShowCBC I was doing that but it was giving an error. I wasn't the only one experiencing this issue, so I wanted to know if something had changed.

@TTChelps I really want to give recognition to your driver on the 509 streetcar going west. This street car is 4598. She is such a thoughtful driver and really helping passengers so much. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. She really has set the standards.

@TTChelps I know what I saw and all you need to do is look at the camera. The window was completely covered with a quilted jacket. I would not have wasted my time to call it out

@TTChelps on a st car and the driver has his entire window blocked. He has his coat hanging. There are two people in the drivers box. I thought drivers were not supposed to block the view of the window. What if someone needed help. Do they just get ignored. St car 4491

@TTChelps Well at that point they should be driving with more confidence and not as slow. Transit needs to be reliable in the morning as many are dependent on it. I am all for training but it needs to make since. Have a good day!

@TTChelps where is the 510 Streetcar going west. 509 bus keeps dropping people off and this is becoming dangerous on the platform. Bring back 509 streetcar for short turn to alleviate the crowds. STOP inconveniencing your customers!

@TTChelps Lower Spadina going east to union. Looks like the driver was being trained which I don’t understand as it is morning rush and was driving so slow. The line ups everywhere are huge. Why is there training going on during rush hour?! I am very late for work now.

@Uber_Support I need help from someone that can actually help me. @UberEats said I got a delivery which I did not receive and will not give me my money back. I have proof that I did not get the delivery.
