What a fucking crybaby lol. Learn how to pitch instead of coming up with ways to throw as hard as possible. If you can’t keep 100 MPH in the zone, you shouldn’t be throwing that hard. If your stuff at a speed you can control is getting smashed, you aren’t a Major League Pitcher.
