Lefse making tradition year #3 down. My favorite lefse making partner, my son Ean and I were hard at it yesterday rolling and cooking one of our holiday favorites! 6+ hours, not including his mashed potato prep party. Well worth it. Yum! ❤️

Dinner Idea: Tex-Mex Steak Fajitas & Spanish Rice. This Tex-Mex is sexy. Marinated skirt steak, sautéed bell peppers, garlic, onions, poblano peppers, cilantro, and more. Spanish Rice with robust fire roasted tomato goodness and spices, and our Nosh Cheese Sauce, is delicious.
