One thing kind of odd about all the “could a President assassinate a political rival?” type questions is that they assume a judicial system that could even box such a President in. Look: if we’re to that point politically, no court is stopping that kind of President. 1/

This is famously why the court gave murderers blanket immunity awhile back, it only encourages them to kill potential witnesses otherwise

This is really, really, disturbing. DOJ has taken more stringent actions against other stalkers (of judges, especially, even ones who didn't travel cross-country). Lisa Page is suing DOJ. Did they downplay this bc she is suing?
