@pldt_Cares why would you migrate VOICE from DSL to Fiber? Obviously our request was for internet but you created an incorrect service request last Oct 31. It’s already Nov 25. Still no internet!!! Modem has been installed!!!!!!!!!!!! @pldtHome @pldt @ePLDT @iamMVP

@PLDT_Cares @iamMVP @NTCPH Products and Services, Social Media, TLs and whoever else have no idea how their jobs should be done. No one, except for TL Joan from tech support (not even the department responsible), stepped up to complete resolution of issue even tho it’s almost a month overdue.

@PLDT_Cares @iamMVP 10/31 Original service request (voice and data) 11/9 Migration voice only (stupid!) 11/14 Modem Installed (they knew it was 4 internet) 11/19 Voice activated 11/9-present no action to (just) activate data. Useless. CANCEL THIS REQUEST ASAP. SERVICE NO LONGER NEEDED. @NTCPH

@pldt_Cares @iamMVP I appreciate your call Shan. Please ask area techs to activate internet today to end this. I guess Rean wasn’t able to do anything else after creating the Service Request last week. Almost 1 month running now with this request for service. @pldt @pldtHome @DtiPhilippines @NTCPH

@pldt_Cares @iamMVP Will this be finally activated and resolved today? All we need is activation. What’s taking so long? Almost 1 month since this whole thing started. Modem already installed! @DtiPhilippines @NTCPH @pldt @pldtHome

@PLDT_Cares @iamMVP Fredback you sent via DM is to say it’s been endorsed. I’ve been getting that since Nov 14th. @DtiPhilippines @NTCPH

@PLDT_Cares @iamMVP Will it be resolved today? Updates have never been provided. Check your messages and DMs. Did you once send an actual update? @DtiPhilippines @NTCPH
