@vietnamvisagovt The visa on arrival now discontinued for US passports, we're directed to vietnamvisa.govt.vn where it confirms a visa can be granted in 4 hours for an inflated cost. I've paid for that, but am now being told that I can receive no approval until 9th Nov? HELP!
