@kimturner70 @cityoflondon I challenged this distinction at Stage 2. My equality and reasonable-adjustment questions were left unanswered. complaint was closed. Yet @cityoflondon ordered a “full review” of services for disabled children and carers. If there is nothing to reconsider, why the full review?

@kimturner70 @cityoflondon At 15 years & 11 months, I’m his parent. One month later, I can be his carer. My disabled son Leonardo needs continuous 1:1 support. Yet @cityoflondon won’t recognise his first disability carer because he’s under 16. His disability doesn’t suddenly begin at 16.
