Our latest research delves into the UK's food prices from 2013-2023, amidst the cost-of-living crisis. Despite the inflationary surge post-2021, healthy foods saw smaller relative price increases but remain pricier, perhaps increasing dietary inequalities. sciencedirect.com/science/articl…
