@CostaCoffee Is it possible to get my beans for a store that doesn't have a scanner? I made a purchase twice last week at North Middlesex Hospital, have a receipt for one of them. I tried filling out the contact us form but can't submit it as it won't find the store

@McDonaldsUK Placed an order through your app and I'm missing my chilli cheese bites sharebox, contacted the Uber eats support line as per your FAQ and they're telling me they're not authorised to issue a refund? It's a £7.29 item so I fully expect a refund.

@UberUKsupport What's the point of sending me offers that aren't valid on anything? This is the second one in the past month like this, also tried a different location and it's the same thing.

@IKEAUKSupport Just opened the box for my Micke Shelving unit and one part has arrived damaged 😬 No one is answering the live chat, been waiting over 30mins to connect to someone

@UberUKsupport My order has arrived stone cold because the driver was on a bicycle and got lost but they also haven't even marked it as delivered so I can't report it? There's also missing and incorrect items?

@rieper47 @isobin @BlizzardCSEU_EN The PS Plus isn't actually required though, I've been playing D4 without it 🤣 But yeah it does require internet but a few games are online only these days too even for single player games

@megabusuk Is the luggage limit per person or per ticket? I'm trying to book a coach for 2 people and we have 2 large suitcases but it's a lot of money to lose if your driver says no when we get there and it isn't very clear on the website and no one wants to answer the phone
