Keto/Carnivore reverses Type 2 Diabetes & gives those with Type 1 Diabetes normal A1c with 80% less insulin.
Type 2 diabetes; This is supported by numerous studies and anecdotal evidence that show a low-carb diet can help stabilize blood sugar levels and reduce the need for insulin. Type 1 diabetes; By reducing carbohydrate intake, these individuals can achieve better blood sugar control and may require less insulin. A study published in the journal Pediatrics in 2006 showed that a low-carb diet can improve glycemic control in children with Type 1 diabetes.
