@16Plunkett @vonstrau @MoeMoton @Sportsnaut I 100% feel the same way. I hope it’s a hot piece but his name and others came up last season and how disorganized the leadership level is. If there are still power struggles, doesn’t matter who is GM and coaching. Hope I am wrong

@RaiderAnalysis 100%. He’s needed better advisors. That’s been the problem.

@TheBruteWarrior @GraphkRaider 100%! Teams have the night and next day to reset their boards and that first pick in the second round is a huge asset! Other rounds I could care less about being #1

@VinnyBonsignore 100%, but leadership needs to prove it can pick a quality coach AND stick with it. Fix the power struggle going on. Let the GM do his job. The fans are not responsible for this coaching carousel.

@Jclosk65 @PhilJonesNFL I thought so too, but interesting his college OC is now OC in LV and they still didn’t draft him. Chip must have had some say, no?

@bigcory00 Yeah, Spillane hurts. But the signing of Roberts should help based on grade I saw on him. Way cheaper too

@Jonny_Bravo1983 @RaidersBeat He’s definitely signing an extension. How much guaranteed money is the question

@LVGully Well said! I for one am willing to show patience during foundation building. Is Mark? That’s what has me worried. He’s preached it in the past but practiced it. That said, previous regimes were not it. 🤞

@LVGully Definitely cautiously optimistic. PTSD is real thing for us Raiders fans. McDaniels and Zigler were celebrated hires only to severely disappoint. Love that Brady is steering the ship. Hiring Pete is the much needed stability in the near term. Spytek came from a big boy org. 👍
