@KendoVT @GhosterCoaster Being active definitely has more than a 10% effect. Back in my pre kid days when I ran marathons I could eat high calorie diets and get away with it. Post kids with no time to run 60 miles a week and my diet has to change or else I gain weight fast.

@KendoVT Got my walking cart this year and new golf shoes. Good luck bro, the older we get the harder it is to loose weight but the easiest way to is no snacking and one serving only…sounds easy but isn’t. I also suggest weighing in everyday and tracking it. Keeps you accountable

@KendoVT I think this will work Kenny. I bought a nice push cart two seasons ago and I've been walking ever since. Game is more fun when you walk too. Get too see the entire course. Move your ass and eat cleaner more nutrient dense foods is the only real/healthy way to lose weight.

@KendoVT Good luck! I was at 227, now at 223, trying to get to 210. I find lifting 2-3 times a week, running 2-3x a week and golfing to be the best ways to lose weight
@KendoVT While this will surely help, a caloric deficit will matter 100x more
@KendoVT Walking courses is a great idea. Stop eating breakfast and try to curb your appetite with water or coffee until the afternoon
@KendoVT If you just want to lose it fast, cut out all bread carbs and booze. Not sustainable, but you’ll drop the first 20-30 pounds quickly.
