@drewlevin @NotoriousMercy @drewlevin hello Drew. Can you please look at my case too? Kenius#KEN I can't get any human reply via support. Neither they watch the video I provided nor read the messages. I had no intention to lose and it's my 10 years old account. Before 2026 never had such problems.

@LeagueOfLegends @LeagueOfLegends my 10 years old account got perma banned because of automated system. Support didn't even watch the video I provided. Ticket ID 136141111 I only get ai generated answer. Bad gameplay is not a ban reason. I'm honor 4-5 player. Please solve this case. Kenius#KEN

@drewlevin @drewlevin I know even popular steamers got banned with the new system. They have relations with Riot so they manage to get unbanned, but I don't know anyone from there. You are my only hope. Thanks in advance ❤️

@drewlevin @drewlevin I have so many memories related to this account. Please help me recover my account. It's literally 15000+ hours of my life. I feel so bad after the algorithm change where players who try to win when behind get punishment. Game ID 7908245336
