@ThermoSpasCT I'm willing to give you one last chance to fix this safety hazard ASAP or you need to come get it and reimburse me for the tub, concrete pad and electricity.

@ThermoSpasCT At this point I'd be happy if this was picked up but I'm still out $4,300.00 for the things needed for this hot tub. What a nightmare of a mess.

@ThermoSpasCT Lights still not working, smart tub app still not working and now scalding hot water that's burned us with it set to 94. I could literally cry over this mess. The hot tub was almost $19,000,00, my concrete pad was $2,400 and the electrical for it was $1,900.00.

@ThermoSpasCT , The water was scalding hot, it burned us. My husband loved really hot showers and it even burned him it was so hot. We set it to cool to 94. Went out this morning and raised the cover and the steam that rolled out was like a boiling pot of water.

HELP! Our @ThermoSpasCT wasn't heating property; this is just one of many problems. Tech came out Friday and changed the spa pack and rewired the tub because he said it wasn't wired right from the manufacturer. Last night it said it was 100 degrees so we decided to get in.
