@EBL2017 @RobDawsonESPN Giving ten hag 200m then sacking him? Paying 20m for Dan Ashworth then sacking him? Getting Amorim in and then sacking him? Appointing Carrick as permanent manager? That's Wilcox and Berrada, all made worse by investing in each manager before the sack. Compounding mistakes

@Muppetiers Well it's a coaching team of people who are not qualified, that leads to problems like this. The fact Carrick let it drop so much (probably to get players on side) highlights even more how bad he is. He had the permanent role on his mind the whole time, did whatever necessary

@markgoldbridge They will sort out a deal so the next left back signing can be a prospect and frame it as he's learning under Shaw

@utdHarryy They are going to keep Carrick as long as possible, probably sack him after Christmas so they can start the cycle again without any expectations on them

@NaldoUtd We could have bought him at the beginning of the window before they sold others, the club put 0 pressure on Newcastle or Hall until the last few weeks

@lauriewhitwell Build them up early so they fall harder when you knock them down, the UK journalists way

@TelegraphDucker Just plain lies really. @TelegraphDucker do you expect them to spend £500m on the defence? Stop with this nonsense about fast tracking players, that's not how this works, they needed a GK and therefore had to buy one. You make it seem like they should be praised for that.

@markgoldbridge The problem is a large proportion of fans are saying they rate him and want him to play, those fans are the problem, they give players like Zirkzee a hope despite all evidence pointing to him not being good enough

@SwedishRumble We played countless games like this last season??? What makes you think we will only play 3 like this? Every team will know they can sit back and spam crosses and just win...

@UtdFaithfuls Who needs a new striker signing when we can have Rashford and has lack of tracking back for free

@ManUnitedMedia "No player is bigger than the club". Clearly Rashford is, can do what he wants for years, wasting millions in wages on him whilst he plays for other teams and then gets handed the 9 because we failed to sell him. Embarrassing

@mufcMPB Old guard (the 1s that failed consistently over multiple years) now run the dressing room again. How can the players respect the club when they tried to sell Rashford for 2 years at a low price only to give him the number 9 after failing to do so. There is 0 jeopardy at this club

@ManUtd Number 9 to the player you have been trying to sell for the last few years is just odd.

@utdHarryy Marmoush has a sell on clause so City have got them to front load the cash on Savinho so they don't lose as much to the sell on clause. Still crazy money though
