@SpotifyUK 5 years of acknowledged overcharging for a duplicate service - 2 days of online support ended with offering 2 year refund - requested an escalation process and now back to 3 months. Exceptionally poor customer experience and from online threads looks extremely common!

Loved Dermot Whelan’s Meditaiton session today - the takeaways from today were ‘16 second breathing’ and the ‘I trust’ mantra. Great to have some quick coping mechanisms in this ambiguous world we now live in. @layahealthcare #WorkWell20

@SmythsToysIRE nothing on your tweets about 1 child to 1 adult policy, only told by an abrupt security guard who informed to it was “not his problem”. Some notice in your website/twitter page would you have helped mitigate very upset children.........

@Ryanair With respect, you need make a public announcement about what is happening regarding the website not processing refunds. You can’t continue to ignore this.

Received an email from @Ryanair that my flight was cancelled and that I can request a refund. I fill in the form but keep getting the error that the reservation number is incorrect. While it's correct 100% I see that many people have the same issue. Horrible service #Ryanair

@IrishRail sort out the 1725 service from docklands! It’s like the Calcutta express, 20 people left standing on the platform and everyone on the trained wedges on!

The optforlife logo is already worn by hundreds of sports teams on their shirts. It is free and if your club wants to use it, I will come and give a talk on organ donation. It's a great way to do something good in your community. #makelifeyourlegacy

I’d love if I was wrong 🤕.... but the dubs were team of the year. Jim Gavin was manager of the year and Con o Callaghan???? They have been snubbed..no doubt about it. 3 in a row is some achievement not done since 80s!!!

#rtesportawards Con O'Callaghan. Just the three All Irelands. Two sports, two age groups. A thunderstorm of achievement. But not a West Brom reserve. The mind boggles.

Met Con o' Callaghan at the #SolidaritySleepout last night. As nice a young fella as you'll meet. How he didn't WIN, never mind get a nomination for #rtesportawards young sportstar of the year is some farce! Something not right there. The Dubs in general got snubbed by the show.
