Some very intriguing and exciting pairings here. I’m going 2.5-1.5 to Europe. A fast start from Europe is essential to quiet the crowd - although I’m not convinced it will be quite as raucous as advertised - and I believe these matchups give us a good chance.

Absolutely love this from @acaseofthegolf1. It’s what we used to have to do on the EuroPro Tour. No one really knew the players, so give viewers a reason to care. Tell their stories. Every player - every person! - has one. It’s why golf broadcasts need journalists as well.

If Keegan Bradley doesn’t pick Ben Griffin for the American Ryder Cup team - as is being widely suggested - he will have done to Griffin exactly what he was so upset about being done to him. Picking guys on reputation and friendships, rather than who’s playing the best golf.
