My morning mix: - 2 parts creatine - 1 part collagen powder - 1 part C4 pre-workout Mix well in a glass of water with 2 tablespoons #applecidervinegar I keep the powders pre-mixed in a little tub and just do a heaped tablespoons (with #ACV) every morning. #Biohacking #health
