@rnewton7777 Great post. I’m with you, brother!

I think there is a better way to understand what the $GME warrants are pricing. GME is around $19.16. The warrants have a $32 strike and trade around $2.94. A normal Black-Scholes calculation has to assume roughly 200%+ annualized volatility to make those numbers fit. A better framework may be: normal GME behavior + probability of a discrete corporate event That is basically the same probability-weighting concept behind Newcomb's paradox: The math is pretty straightforward but the important question is how much probability should be assigned to each possible future state, and what new information should cause that probability to change? For the warrant: W = {(1-p) × Wnormal} + {p × Wjump} where p is the pricing weight assigned to a major event/jump state. ============================ THE TRANSACTION MATH GameStop owns about 43.4M eBay shares. eBay has roughly 445M shares outstanding. Remaining shares: ~401.6M At the proposed $125/share: ~$50.2B remaining consideration Proposed structure: • ~$25.1B cash • ~$25.1B GME stock Latest GameStop pre-earnings 8-K: • ~$5.05-$5.07B cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities • $358M cash subsequently used in the convertible exchange • roughly $4.7B simple pro-forma liquid balance afterward • GameStop also retains its Bitcoin exposure, equivalent to roughly 4,710 BTC in the last detailed filing So: $25.1B cash requirement - $4.7B liquidity = ~$20.4B funding gap GameStop previously disclosed a highly confident financing letter for up to $20B. That's awfully close. The transaction still has fees, minimum operating cash requirements and a final financing structure to solve. ============================ VALUE OF COMBINED COMPANY GameStop's eBay proposal estimates that $2B of annual cost reductions could take eBay EPS from: $4.26 → $7.79 At ~468M diluted eBay shares: $7.79 × 468M = ~$3.65B eBay net income Add an illustrative ~$0.5B after-tax GME contribution and subtract roughly ~$1.0B of after-tax acquisition financing expense: ~$3.1B combined earnings Using today's ~504.5M GME shares and accounting for the ~$25.1B stock consideration: Value attributable to GME shares: 12× earnings ~$25 15× earnings ~$44 18× earnings ~$63 These are examples of possible deal states if the acquisition became substantially more likely. ============================ WHAT ABOUT THE WARRANTS I'm already assuming GME remains an extremely volatile stock even if nothing special happens. For the no-deal state, assume 80% background volatility. This 80% I'm saying is just for illustrative purposes at the moment in this paragraph used in an option model. Under that already-aggressive assumption, with no separate corporate jump, the $32 warrant is worth only about: $0.14 Yet it trades around $2.94 with a normalized annual IV at about 200%. What's really going on here though is instead of hiding everything inside a 200%+ volatility number, there is a separate jump state. If the event state values GME around $44: Warrant value in that state ≈ $11.80 Today's warrant can then be modeled as: $2.94 = (1-p)($0.14) + p($11.80) which gives: p ≈ 24% That does NOT mean there is literally a 24% probability GameStop acquires eBay. It means today's warrant price is approximately equivalent, under these assumptions, to assigning 24% pricing weight to the ~$44 event state. Now change only that probability: Weight assigned to ~$44 state and GME.WS value 10% = $1.31 20% = $2.47 24% = $2.94 30% = $3.64 40% = $4.80 50% = $5.97 60% = $7.14 75% = $8.89 That's the part I find important. GME does not need to trade at $44 first. If investors receive information that makes the $44 state substantially more plausible, the warrant can immediately reprice the increased probability of getting there. Now consider the more bullish valuation state. If the event state is ~$63: Warrant value in that state ≈ $27.73 Weight assigned to ~$63 state and GME.WS value 10% = $2.90 20% = $5.66 30% = $8.42 50% = $13.94 75% = $20.83 Again, these are model outputs, not predictions. But they demonstrate why a deeply OTM warrant can become extremely sensitive to new information. This is where an analogy to Newcomb's paradox is useful (worth a look IMO). The interesting part isn't multiplying probability × payoff. It's deciding what information should change the probability. For GME/eBay, that could include: • detailed financing terms • transaction structure • synergy/cost-cut details • additional eBay ownership • evidence of negotiations or board engagement • transaction timetable • shareholder consideration details I continue to expect GameStop to release a more detailed eBay presentation this week, likely around earnings. That is my expectation, not something GameStop has formally promised. But if that presentation makes the transaction look materially more financeable or executable, the important variable may not initially be GME's stock price. It may be p. And for a short-dated $32 warrant, even a relatively small change in p can produce a very large change in price. That's the jump-risk setup I'm watching. Sources: GameStop SEC filings and eBay proposal; latest pre-earnings 8-K; eBay filings; warrant/jump-risk literature.

@magsonthemoon GME is generating dramatically more operating profit from a smaller business, owns 10% of eBay outright, has $10B between cash/securities & eBay stock, is eliminating $1.4B of debt, & voluntarily spent $358M to stop further dilution & terminate the VWAP process 3 weeks early.

Dear Diary - August 18 August 18 minus 582 days takes us to January 13, aka 1/13. The Time post was on December 5 and featured the numbers 420 and 109. Put them together and you get an easy 311, which can lead us right back to January 13. And then there is Roaring Kitty. He gave his 285th like on 5/9, on a post dated February 14 about Run Lola Run. That like was his first sign of life after three years. Roaring Kitty became the main hero of the GameStop saga. His actions helped create a surge in the so-called memestocks, GME, AMC and more. Then Wall Street needed to survive, and suddenly we had stories, shakeouts and narratives everywhere. Which is why I kept saying: "First Silver." Because apparently we were going to have to survive a whole collection of disgusting scenarios before getting anywhere near the end of the story. Then came May 12/13, 2024. Roaring Kitty returned. February 14 and May 13 are dates that match "The Roaring Kitty" in gematria. And he didn't exactly come back quietly. He left us Art in memes, with a movie that seemed to make more sense backwards. His first post already said "Game On Backwards" and featured the number 125. Then the 125th post from Roaring Kitty appeared on January 22/23, 2025. A dog. From Jurassic Bark in Futurama. Because of course it was. His last post was a dog. And his first like was connected to "I Am Not A Cat." Remember that 285? Turn it around. 582. And 582 matches "I Am Not A Cat" in gematria. So now we have: 285 → 582 → "I Am Not A Cat." I mean... What am I supposed to do with that? 😂 And the 125 is an easy reference to May 12, the day of the announcement featuring the gamer in the red chair. The next day? May 13. A gematria match with "The Roaring Kitty." His famous quote: "I am not a cat." He also said he was Mr. Robot. And 5/9 is an important Mr. Robot date. Mr. Robot was played by Christian Slater. Gosh, he is hot. Oh... His birthday is August 18. So now I have to ask: Is August 18 a date? Or... The Date? Oh, I am crazy. So many coincidences. Fuck. Stuck. Now I'm stuck in the story. Seen by many as a genius and by many others as a crazy person, can I really ignore the coincidences? Or do I have to solve the puzzle? 3 will make a pattern. Maybe the whole point is being right and wrong at the same time. Destined during the search to be wrong and right simultaneously, while people are fed with greed, envy and fear, and we are forced to wait with the ultimate enemy: boredom. Meanwhile, werewolves are in action, whispering the amount of shares they own... or playing stories with Time. And then August 18 starts throwing more numbers at me. In gematria, August 18 matches: "DeepFuckingValue" "Nutso Crazy" "Keith Gill" "Sixty Seven" "Let That Sink In" I am beginning to suspect my calculator has become an accomplice. And then comes August 20. It marks the anniversary of Run Lola Run, which opened in German cinemas on August 20, 1998. A film revolving around 20 minutes, repeating timelines and different outcomes. His first sign of life should come with the last sign of life? And GameStop traces its roots back to Babbage's, founded in Dallas in 1984. The GameStop name itself came later, in 1999. Oh, and Run Lola Run matches in gematria with: "Teddy Holdings" "Buck the Bunny" "Game of Thrones" and more. So yeah... August is getting rather crowded. 👀 August is "Dracarys." September is "The Golden Age." And then there is the 35-day question. 35 workdays or just days? September? Or sooner? Or later? Who is the protaganist, hero and villain? Werewolves and Witches? ... Give me a Blue Pill. .... No, give me Yellow and I can show you the world, a new whole world. Because September 22 keeps staring at me. Is Labor Day included? Keep doing the math. I'll just keep laughing about the werewolves. 🐺 I don't need to pray when the algo is already written. I hope I have more "Time", while others pray for the prevention of the "Great Reset", or wrestle with sins like "Greed" and "Envy." Sharing your amount of shares creates envy? Or does sharing confidence and hope create something else? Hihi. I just know we needed "Aliens" before a MOASS. Obviously. Duh. I created an alter ego specifically for September 22 and other dates. She was so perfect. But I knew Roaring Kitty's brother wasn't going to get the same attention or follower count as his brother. So I tested it. Conclusion: An alter ego sucks on X, the place where people have many followers and only a few likes. Math does not make sense on X and that is OK. X Marks The Spot. Her name? Emma Roberts... aka Scream Queen... aka Crazy Chanel. And Scream Queens premiered on September 22, 2015. I was simply bored.... But honestly... Wouldn't that be a little too obvious? August 3 + 35 tradingdays is September 22. I Think too obvious and from an enemy perspective too desperate. Oh, and let's not forget that we ended the story with a dog. The Futurama Dog but also the brother of Roaring Kitty is pretending to be a dog, crazy and for a while even single. Do you like Ferris Wheels? If we play with math with the date of the last post Jan 22/23 it will make: +1 Year 7 Months and 4 Days = August 26 / August 27, 2026 174 Funny coincidence: January 22, 2025 + 582 days = August 27 "I am not a cat" is a 582 in gematria. First sign of life from Roaring Kitty after 3 years started with the 285th like on a post about "Run Lola Run" dated February 14. This date is a match with "The Roaring Kitty". The first post was on May 12/13, 2024. "May Thirteen" is a match with "Roaring Kitty". Oh and "Run Lola Run" has the same value as "Teddy Holdings" or "Buck the Bunny". ...Oh I already said this I think. So perhaps we need to end with: "I am not a cat." Or maybe: "Keith Gill." Or maybe: "Math Is Red." Gregandallhisnumbers16676935420 is making me crazy while I'm over here laughing about werewolves. 🐺... Did you know that in gematria "Four Twenty" matches "Roaring Kitty"? greg said he loves the word "The". GME. AMC. Trump. First Silver. AI. Is all of this connected by design? Remember my first video with a box and the Great Reset? Probably not. But at this point... I've become crazy enough to keep counting. 🧮 Nutso-Crazy

The first sign of life from Roaring Kitty after three years away was a single like, his 285th, on a Run Lola Run post dated February 14. “February Fourteen” happens to share a gematria match with “The Roaring Kitty.” He placed this like on 5/9/2024, a date that connects directly

🚨 RUMORS RUMORS ARE CURRENTLY CIRCULATING THAT BILL PULTE TO BE PERMANENT DIRECTOR OF NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE. NICE WORK BILL THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THESE MATTERS

Dear $GME investors, Today, June 6, 2026: 147 days to warrant expiration 109 weeks since May 13, 2024 19 months since the Time post World Tetris Creator Day Monday my son’s birthday🐈🎉 June 13 Chewy’s 15th anniversary 🐾 I’m not saying anything. I’m just counting. 🕰️ $GME

Market makers are absolutely losing their lunch trying to hedge GME right now. Cohen has amassed a $9.7B in cash/securities and is aggressively building up that 7.8% stake in eBay. He's is playing 4D chess while the legacy suits are playing checkers. RC isn’t just transforming a company—he’s building an empire. Watch him deploy this liquidity to create his own market-making powerhouse or Berkshire-style fund and break the monopoly entirely. He is becoming the market. Just watch. 🚀 He would have reported a lot more revenue too had he not acquired some more positions before reports dropped. When a company aggressively deploys capital into complex derivatives or pledges massive chunks of cash (like that $1.0 billion) as collateral right before a reporting cutoff, that liquidity is locked up on the balance sheet as an asset/collateral rather than flowing into standard, realized operational categories. By building up these positions right under the market makers' noses before the quarter closed, Cohen kept the true scale of GameStop's financial firepower suppressed until the 8-K hit the wire. He is effectively using the market makers' own structural hedging rules to mask his real-time footprint. The Q1 print proves RC is a ghost in the machine. Smashed records with $389.6M net income, fueled by a massive $268.4M unrealized gain on his eBay derivative play. But look closer at the balance sheet: he quietly locked up $1B into derivative collateral during the quarter. He is intentionally swallowing up positions right before reports drop to keep the true scale of the blast radius hidden from market maker models until it hits the tape. The $9.7B war chest is loaded and completely unpredictable. Genius. 🤫

Meet your Acting Director of National Intelligence: William J. Pulte What this means 👇

$GME Dear GameStop shareholders, This will be my last message to you. For now, my mission here is over. When I return, you will understand. Before I leave, I want to wish all of you an incredible run and leave you with one final realization. Have faith in the person you are trusting with your money. It genuinely hurt me to see so many of you criticize the man you will one day probably thank. I know how difficult it is to keep believing after hope has been broken so many times. I know what it feels like to watch the price collapse, to feel betrayed, to lose confidence. But believe me when I tell you that every single dilution, every single move Ryan has made, has been calculated with almost obsessive precision. Every drop would have happened anyway, with or without him. The difference is that he chose to take advantage of those moments instead of suffering through them. He transformed GameStop into a company with billions in cash, zero debt, and the real possibility of building something massive. Something nobody would have imagined just a few years ago. Big enough to even consider moves as huge as a possible acquisition of eBay. And there’s something many of you still don’t understand. The dilutions are not destroying your future. Because they happen during squeezes, during explosive upward moves, at moments where the stock is already moving vertically. Compared to the violence of those runs, those dilutions become almost insignificant to anyone who truly understands what is happening. They are not taking money away from you. They are building power. They are turning temporary volatility into permanent foundations. Ryan is not putting out the fire. He is using that fire to forge something that can survive for decades. And I will tell you this in the most honest way possible: Ryan Cohen is one of the most incredible people I have ever met in my entire life. Most people only see the character. They see the troll, the provocateur, the funny guy joking around online. And he loves showing you that side of himself. He enjoys making people think he is just some idiot. But behind that mask is an extraordinary mind. A man with a vision that is incredibly rare. A true leader. In a world filled with greed, corruption, and filth, he is one of the very few people I have ever met who is truly capable of leaving a mark. What I can tell you is not whether MOASS will happen or not. To me, it is no longer a question of “if.” It is a question of when. When the price explodes. When the system starts collapsing under the weight of years of manipulation. When you will witness moves that today seem impossible. And when Ryan will use those moments to raise capital and strengthen the company even more. Because MOASS was already inevitable. The difference is that Ryan refused to waste that opportunity. He understood that this event could be used not only to create temporary wealth, but to truly change the future of GameStop. Everything is calculated. Every cycle. Every pump. Every drop. And if you were the CEO of a company and knew the stock would move in certain ways… wouldn’t you take advantage of it too? Wouldn’t you try to turn that opportunity into something eternal? Ryan has always been a transformer. He takes something, changes it, makes it his own. He leaves a signature everywhere he goes. Why let GameStop be remembered only as the greatest squeeze in market history? Why let everything end after one moment of hype? He wants something bigger. He wants to build an empire. Ryan is already rich. He could have made money in a thousand different ways. He could have ridden the squeeze, cashed out billions, and disappeared. But he does not want to be remembered only as the man behind MOASS. He wants to be remembered for what he built afterward. And anyone who has truly lost a father can understand certain things without them needing to be explained. I am also the son of an entrepreneur. And I also lost my father.🧵
