These Championship preseason predictions are disrespectful! Without JV9, KDH and Wilf, the 23/24 LCFC team scored 53 goals in the EFL Champo. Same # as 7th place Blackburn last year. Abdul will be even better, BEK will be great and Monga will tear it up. Just you wait! #LCFC

The writing is on the wall for Enzo at LCFC, so here’s my take on his legacy. He oversaw the 2nd best Div 2 season in club history, is the only LCFC manager to win the Div 2 title after relegation from Div 1, ranks 9th all-time in the FA Cup and 10th in the EFL Cup. Grazie, Enzo!

I actually fancy LCFC’s run-in. If you look at the reverse fixtures, we outscored our remaining opponents by a margin of 17 goals scored to 3 conceded. Southampton is a different team now, but we’re at home this time. UP THE CITY 🦊

With the win against Bournemouth yesterday, Maresca is now 9th all-time in the LCFC FA Cup rankings. With a win against Chelsea (a 2021 FA Cup final rematch is quite juicy!), he’ll jump above Nigel Pearson as one of only 8 LCFC managers ever to reach the semis 🦊

After today’s win, here’s the updated Maresca Tracker chart. Frank Womack’s name has an asterisk - he technically didn’t start the season with LCFC, but in only 32 games, he still managed to deliver a 2nd Div. title. Will Maresca’s men do the same? Right now, it’s looking good!
