رُغم الأزمات البُنيويّة الّتي تُغطّل عمل #المجتمع_المدني في ليبيا، تظهر مُبادرات شبابيّة ومشاريع محليّة ناجحة تُثبت أنّ الإصرار على العمل الميداني قادر على كسر الشّكوك وبناء الثّقة. ومع ذلك؛ تبقى هذه النّجاحات وحدها غير كافية لمواجهة التّحديات العميقة الّتي يمر بها القطاع. #LCFP
