First atypical flutter mapped on Ensite X! A bit late to the party with the new system, but seemed to work quite well using Omnipolar technology on NavX mode. Map stability was solid during the whole case, so we did not switch to magnetic Voxel mode. Where would you burn #EPeeps?

@syamkumarmd @MattMelcherPA @UlhasDr @EPWoodsShop @DrGregMichaud Interestingly mine started as a persistent PAC that became AT in the RA. Both LA/RA were burned with TCSE but no termination. Possibly was epi w/ endo breakout, given neither RA or LA were very early (only -30ms), likely focal. We wondered if we should have mapped the PA?
PVC on His was spot on. No advancement of A. Following EPS we had a successful AVNRT ablation. #EPeeps
Yesterday’s PVC. Pt had ~40% burden prior to starting Sotalol. Burden deceased to 4% but due to fatigue pt preferred ablation. SoO? #Epeeps
