💙😂 Chelsea fans, does anyone remember this moment from Pedro Neto against Tottenham? Let’s rewind to last season, when Chelsea went away to Spurs and came home with a 1-0 victory. Neto had already been substituted, but that didn’t stop him from having a little fun with the Tottenham supporters. After getting some stick from the home crowd, he responded by sticking his tongue out at them. Classic Neto! 😂 And tonight, if everything goes to plan, we should see him back on that right flank under Xabi Alonso. After scoring twice against Everton in his last appearance, his confidence must be sky-high right now. I have a feeling tonight’s London derby is going to be a fiery one. These two clubs never make things easy for each other. The tackles, the atmosphere, the emotions — it’s always more than just another football match. Personally, I can’t wait to see Neto using his pace and aggression to cause Tottenham’s defence problems again. Last time, he gave their fans a cheeky celebration. Tonight, hopefully, he’ll give us a goal to celebrate at Stamford Bridge! 💙🔥 #LE90
Tomorrow is the day, isn’t it? 💙 The day a 21-year-old Belgian youngster may have to carry an enormous responsibility on his shoulders as he steps between the posts for Chelsea in the London derby against Tottenham Hotspur. I never imagined that such a big opportunity would come so soon for Mike Penders, especially under these circumstances, with our first-choice goalkeeper, Emiliano Martínez, sidelined by a fractured jaw. A young goalkeeper who was patiently waiting for his chance could now be handed his first Premier League start. And the team standing in front of him? None other than Tottenham Hotspur. A London derby filled with rivalry, pressure, and the expectations of thousands of Chelsea supporters at Stamford Bridge. Personally, I don’t expect Penders to step onto the pitch and suddenly become Petr Čech or Thibaut Courtois overnight. All I want is to see him play with confidence. Be brave enough to come for crosses, communicate with his defenders, and trust himself when making decisions. And even if he makes a mistake or two, I’ll understand. He’s only 21 years old, still learning and developing at the highest level of football. There will be good days, and there will be difficult ones. That’s all part of growing as a player. For many people, tomorrow might be just another Premier League match. But for Mike Penders, I genuinely believe it could become one of the most important days of his young career. Good luck, kid. You don’t have to be a hero tomorrow. Just step onto that pitch, believe in yourself, and give everything you’ve got. We Chelsea fans are right behind you, young man. Always. 💙
“The Chelsea you see today and the Chelsea you will see in May will be completely different.” ——— I don’t know if everyone feels the same way, but to me, these words from Xabi Alonso say a lot. It feels like he already has a clear picture in his mind of what he wants his Chelsea team to look like by the end of the season. And to be fair, Chelsea are far from the finished article right now. We still have weaknesses to address, mistakes to learn from, and plenty of areas where we need to improve. But one thing that has made me genuinely happy watching Chelsea lately is that I’m finally starting to see a clear direction. I can see the players beginning to understand what the manager wants from them. I can see a more defined style of play taking shape, and most importantly, I’m starting to feel that our team is moving forward with a real sense of purpose. And I believe Chelsea fans understand just how important that is. Over the past few years, we’ve been through so much together. The good moments, the disappointments, and some genuinely difficult times. That’s why what I want from Alonso right now isn’t a promise that he’ll deliver trophies immediately. What I want is for him to make us believe again that Chelsea are heading in the right direction. And his words genuinely give me that feeling. I’m not expecting everything to be perfect today. All I ask is that, as time goes on, we continue to see our beloved club grow, become stronger, and eventually return to being the Chelsea that opponents fear facing. And if that’s the journey we’re on, then I’m more than willing to be patient and stand by this team every step of the way. 💙 #LE90
🚨Xabi Alonso on his ambition to bring Chelsea back to the top: 🗣️ Xabi Alonso: “This club has won the Champions League and the Premier League not so long ago, and of course, we want to get back to that level again.” “But we’re not naive enough to think that success has to come immediately.” 📰 Source: Sky Sports via Jamie Carragher
💙 Just two years. Look how much our Josh Acheampong has grown! Seeing these side-by-side photos from 2024 and 2026 genuinely puts a smile on my face. From a skinny young academy player back then to a much stronger, more physically developed defender today. The transformation is incredible to see. But what impresses me even more than his physical development is how much he’s improved on the pitch. Josh plays with so much more confidence now. He’s comfortable on the ball, brave enough to dribble forward, strong in physical battles, and his pace is seriously impressive. Honestly, some of his recovery runs have left me amazed. This kid is ridiculously quick! The more I watch him play, the more convinced I become that Chelsea have a real gem on their hands. Of course, Josh is still young. There’s plenty for him to learn, especially when it comes to experience and decision-making. But what he’s already showing at this stage of his career is genuinely exciting. And you know what makes it even more special? Watching one of our own academy boys grow, develop, and gradually establish himself in Chelsea’s first team. There’s something incredibly heartwarming about that. I don’t know exactly how far Josh will go in his career, but I genuinely believe he has everything needed to become an important defender for Chelsea in the years ahead. That’s why I really hope the club does everything possible to keep him. Give him time, give him opportunities, and let him continue growing with us. We don’t always need to look elsewhere to find the next big talent. Sometimes, the most precious gems are the ones we’ve been developing right here at home all along. And for me, Josh Acheampong is absolutely one of them. 💙 One of our own. One for the future.
💙🏆 Sometimes, being a Chelsea fan gives us something to be proud of that goes far beyond the results on the pitch. When I saw this commemorative plaque, I honestly felt something special. It’s hard to put into words. On August 28, 2025, during the UEFA Champions League draw ceremony in Monaco, UEFA presented Chelsea with a special commemorative award, recognising the club as the first in history to win every major UEFA men’s club competition. Just think about that for a moment. Over the decades, we’ve been through so much together. We’ve experienced moments of happiness that almost felt too good to be true, and we’ve also had those painful days when we didn’t even feel like checking the football news. We’ve watched so many players come and go wearing that famous blue shirt. Some stayed only a short while, while others became legends whose names we’ll remember for the rest of our lives. But every generation, every era, has played its own part in building the history of this incredible football club. And now, all those years of memories, sacrifices, and achievements are represented by one beautiful commemorative plaque. For me, what makes this award so special isn’t simply the fact that Chelsea are the first club to receive it. It’s what it represents. It’s a reminder that every moment we’ve shared with Chelsea, through the good times and the difficult ones, has meant something. We may not be the best team every single season, but we have a history that we can always be proud of. And whatever the future holds, I’ll always be proud to call myself a Chelsea supporter. Once a Blue, Always a Blue. 💙
🚨🔵 CHELSEA FACE BIG DEFENSIVE DECISIONS: TWO TO KEEP, ONE TO LET GO! Chelsea could face some important decisions next summer, with Levi Colwill, Josh Acheampong and Wesley Fofana all set to enter the final two years of their contracts in 2027, according to Nizaar Kinsella. For me, the decision is fairly straightforward. Two players should be part of Chelsea’s long-term future, while the other should not be offered a new contract. 🔹 Levi Colwill — KEEP Colwill remains one of Chelsea’s most promising defenders. Although his performances have not always been convincing, he has shown signs of improvement. His ability to play out from the back, remain composed in possession and progress the ball makes him particularly valuable in Xabi Alonso’s system. At just 23, Colwill still has plenty of room to develop. He is also a product of Chelsea’s academy, and I believe the club should continue investing in his future. 🔹 Josh Acheampong — MUST KEEP For me, Acheampong is an absolute gem. At only 20 years old, he has already demonstrated remarkable composure, maturity and tactical intelligence. His versatility is especially impressive. He can operate as a centre-back, play at right-back and even step into midfield when required. Under Alonso, he has started six of Chelsea’s last nine matches and is becoming an increasingly important player in the back three. Acheampong has been at Chelsea since the age of eight. The club has developed him for years, and losing a talent of this quality would be a massive mistake. I genuinely believe he has the potential to become one of the Premier League’s best defenders. 🔹 Wesley Fofana — DO NOT RENEW This is not about questioning Fofana’s talent. When fully fit, he is an excellent defender with pace, strength and impressive one-on-one ability. However, his injury history and inconsistent performances remain major concerns. Since joining Chelsea in 2022, Fofana has suffered several serious injuries, including missing the entire 2023/24 season. To his credit, he made 38 appearances across all competitions in 2025/26, showing encouraging progress. But considering his injury history, reported wages of approximately £220,000 per week and the significant investment Chelsea have already made, I believe offering another long-term contract would be an unnecessary risk. Chelsea must learn when to move forward. 💙 MY VERDICT Chelsea should build their defensive future around Levi Colwill and Josh Acheampong. Sometimes, the best solution is not another expensive signing. It is recognising the exceptional talent already coming through your own academy. And in Acheampong, Chelsea may already have a future superstar. Keep Colwill. Protect Acheampong. Move on from Fofana. Do you agree, Chelsea fans? 💙 📰 Contract report: Nizaar Kinsella (BBC Sport) #LE90
🚨🔵 OFFICIAL: PEDRO NETO WINS PLAYER OF THE MATCHWEEK! 🏆💙 Pedro Neto has been voted the Premier League Player of the Matchweek for Matchweek 7! 👏 A well-deserved recognition for his outstanding performance, scoring twice in Chelsea’s 2-0 victory over Everton. 💙 DAVID LUIZ — ONCE A BLUE, ALWAYS A BLUE. 🗣️ “Chelsea will always be in my heart. Everyone knows how much I love this club.” “Chelsea gave me the opportunity to experience some of the best moments of my football career. I arrived at a great club, shared a dressing room with legends, and won the Champions League.” “Chelsea will always have a special place in my heart because of everything we achieved together.” 🏆 From lifting the Champions League trophy in Munich in 2012 to creating unforgettable memories at Stamford Bridge, David Luiz’s love for Chelsea has never faded. Some players leave the club, but the club never leaves their hearts. 💙 ONCE A BLUE, ALWAYS A BLUE. 🦁 #LE90
🔵 The Next Three Games Could Tell Us Just How Good Xabi Alonso’s Chelsea Really Are I think Chelsea’s next three fixtures will be one of the biggest tests Xabi Alonso has faced since taking charge of the club. 🔹 October 24 — Chelsea vs Tottenham Hotspur (Premier League) 🔹 October 28 — Liverpool vs Chelsea (Carabao Cup) 🔹 October 31 — Chelsea vs Manchester United (Premier League) Three massive games in just eight days, against three opponents with different playing styles and strengths. Looking back at our last two matches, I genuinely feel we’re starting to see some really encouraging signs from this Chelsea side. Against Bournemouth, we saw an aggressive attacking performance, different ways of creating chances, and some clinical finishing as we secured an impressive 5-1 victory. Then against Everton, we saw a completely different side of the team. We weren’t constantly attacking or dominating possession, but we showed patience, defensive discipline, and the ability to protect our lead. We came away with a 2-0 victory and our first Premier League clean sheet of the season. Those two performances have given me a much clearer picture of what Alonso is trying to build at Chelsea. But now comes the real challenge. How will Chelsea respond when facing stronger opposition, with barely any time to rest or prepare between matches? One of the biggest questions for me is squad rotation. Right now, Moisés Caicedo and Jordan Henderson are developing a really good partnership in midfield. But realistically, asking both of them to play at full intensity in every game isn’t going to be easy. That said, I actually think Alonso might need to start them together in all three matches. These games are simply too important, and the understanding they’re building in midfield could make a huge difference. The same goes for our attacking players, with Cole Palmer, Morgan Rogers, and Pedro Neto all playing important roles in the team. Another major talking point is Emiliano Martínez’s injury. His absence could force Alonso to rely on 20-year-old goalkeeper Mike Penders, potentially throwing him into three massive fixtures in quick succession. Just think about that for a moment. For a young goalkeeper, facing Tottenham, Liverpool, and Manchester United within eight days would be an enormous test of both his ability and his mentality. And this is exactly why I find these upcoming matches so interesting. Because being a good football team isn’t just about having eleven talented players in your starting lineup. It’s about having reliable options on the bench, players who can step up when needed, and a manager who knows exactly how to use his squad in different situations. So, what am I expecting from these three games? Of course, I want Chelsea to win all three. I’m a Chelsea fan, after all! 💙 But I also understand that football is never that simple. Every opponent presents a different challenge, and none of these matches will be easy. More than anything, I want to see how Chelsea handle those difficult moments. When we’re under pressure, when things aren’t going our way, or when the opposition forces us to defend deeper, can we maintain our structure, confidence, and togetherness? That’s what I’ll be watching closely. For me, these three matches won’t necessarily determine whether Chelsea will be successful this season. But they could give us a much clearer idea of how far Xabi Alonso’s Chelsea have come, how much progress we’ve made, and what still needs improving. And I have to say, I’m genuinely looking forward to it. 💙
💙 Watching Pedro Neto today reminds me so much of Victor Moses under Antonio Conte! I don’t know if other Chelsea fans feel the same way, but watching Pedro Neto playing as a wing-back under Xabi Alonso recently has brought back memories of a certain player from our past. That player is Victor Moses from the 2016/17 season. And when you look back at their journeys, there are actually quite a few similarities. Back then, Moses had almost become a forgotten man at Chelsea. He had spent three consecutive seasons out on loan at Liverpool, Stoke City, and West Ham United. It seemed like his Chelsea career was heading towards an end. But everything changed when Antonio Conte arrived in 2016. Conte decided to keep Moses in his squad, and after Chelsea suffered a 3-0 defeat to Arsenal, he switched to a 3-4-3 formation and made a surprising decision. He turned Moses, a natural winger, into a right wing-back. And who would have imagined that this change would transform Moses into one of the most important players in Chelsea’s Premier League-winning side? Ten years later, I feel like we’re witnessing something quite similar with Pedro Neto. Before the start of the 2026/27 season, Neto was linked with a move away from Chelsea, with several clubs reportedly interested in signing him. Some Chelsea fans were beginning to wonder whether he would even remain at the club. But Neto stayed, and when Xabi Alonso took charge, we started seeing him in a completely different role. From a winger known for his pace, dribbling, and ability to attack defenders, Neto is now being used as a wing-back, a position that demands responsibility in both attack and defence. And here’s what I find particularly interesting. He hasn’t lost any of his attacking threat. If anything, he’s still using his pace, movement, and individual quality to cause problems for opposition defenders, while also showing a growing willingness to track back, press opponents, and contribute defensively. His performance against Everton was a perfect example. Neto scored twice in Chelsea’s 2-0 victory, showing just how much influence he can have in this new role. Of course, I’m not saying Neto will follow exactly the same path as Moses. Moses had already proven himself by becoming a Premier League champion, while Neto is still in the early stages of his journey in this position. But there’s one similarity that really stands out to me. Both Conte and Alonso recognised qualities in their players that could be used in ways beyond their original positions. And that’s one of the things I love most about football. Sometimes, a player doesn’t need to leave a club to rediscover himself. Sometimes, all he needs is a manager who sees his potential from a different perspective. Conte showed us that with Victor Moses. And now, Xabi Alonso appears to be doing something equally interesting with Pedro Neto. For me, it’s still too early to call Neto the next Victor Moses. But I have to admit, what I’ve seen from him at the beginning of this season has genuinely brought back memories of Chelsea’s incredible 2016/17 title-winning side. Chelsea fans, am I the only one seeing the similarities between these two? 💙
🚨Gilbert Roex, former Genk goalkeeper coach, has opened up about Mike Penders’ development and compared his journey to that of Thibaut Courtois. 🗣️ Gilbert Roex: “When Chelsea’s scouts first started recognising his potential, Penders was still playing for Jong Genk in the Belgian second division. “His story is very similar to Thibaut Courtois’. Courtois had only played one season in the first team when he won the league title at just 18 years old. “Perhaps Chelsea’s video scouts had already identified a goalkeeper whose value could increase significantly in the future. “One of the coaches recommended him to me. When I first watched him, I could see that he had a great physical profile, played well and, most importantly, had an excellent mentality. “However, technically, there was still a lot of room for improvement. “His footwork was actually very poor at the time, partly because he was so tall. Despite that, he passed the trials for our U14 team when he was just 13 years old. “He struggled a lot in the beginning, but what really impressed me was how incredibly hard he worked. “We spent at least 20 minutes working on footwork in every training session with our goalkeepers. “But one thing Penders has always been very good at is reading the game, which is an extremely important quality for a modern goalkeeper. “Because playing out from the back isn’t just about being technically good with your feet. It’s also about making the right decisions, understanding space, recognising pressure and knowing exactly when to act. “And these are areas where Penders has always shown a very good understanding of the game.” 📰 Source: Nizaar Kinsella
💙 Morgan Rogers is genuinely one of Chelsea’s best signings! I can confidently say that ever since Morgan Rogers joined Chelsea, I honestly can’t remember a single game where he’s put in a disappointing performance. What impresses me most about Rogers isn’t just his goals or assists. It’s the way he plays. His physical strength, ability to drive forward with the ball, composure in tight spaces, and creativity in setting up his teammates make him such a special player. And the best part? He’s barely needed any time to adapt. Despite only joining Chelsea recently, he’s playing with so much confidence, as if he’s been at the club for years. Just think about it. In his first 8 appearances for Chelsea, he’s already registered 4 goals and 4 assists. That’s not just a good start. That’s an absolutely incredible one! When Xabi Alonso said Rogers was his number one transfer target, I think we’re all starting to understand exactly why. And what’s even more exciting is that Rogers is still only 24 years old. There’s so much more room for him to grow and improve. The more I watch him play, the more convinced I become that Chelsea have got themselves an absolute gem. WHAT A SIGNING! 💙👏
🚨🔵 Danny Welbeck opens up about embracing his role as a senior figure in Chelsea’s dressing room and helping guide the club’s younger players. 🗣️ Danny Welbeck: “I think I have to embrace it. At my age, especially in a dressing room where there are so many younger players, it’s a role that comes naturally to me.” “Throughout my career, I’ve been through a lot of experiences, both good and bad. So naturally, I want to share what I’ve learned and offer advice to the younger players.” “To put it simply, bro, I just like helping people.” “I’m really enjoying this role. It’s never something where I have to sit there and think, ‘Oh, I need to do this for the younger players,’ or ‘I need to do that for them.’” “A lot of the time, the younger players come to me themselves. They have questions, things they want advice on, and I’m always happy to help them.” 📰 Source: joelbeya
💙 There was a moment after the Everton game that genuinely warmed my heart. It was when Cole Palmer was standing with Pedro Neto and Jordan Henderson, having a conversation after the final whistle. One thing I noticed was how quiet Palmer seemed. He wasn’t showing much excitement despite the victory, and I couldn’t help but wonder whether he was feeling a little disappointed with his own performance. We all know how high Palmer sets his standards. Sometimes, even when your team wins, it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re completely satisfied with how you played. But what really caught my attention was the reaction of his teammates. Pedro Neto, who had just scored both goals and been the hero of the match, stood there with his arm around Palmer’s shoulders, talking to him in such a warm and friendly way. Then there was Jordan Henderson, who joined the conversation before gently patting Palmer on the head. It was such a small gesture, but it felt like an older brother looking out for his younger brother. Of course, we don’t know exactly what the three of them were saying, or how Palmer was really feeling at that moment. But to me, this little interaction showed something special about the relationships within this Chelsea squad. Because being part of a great football team isn’t just about celebrating together when someone scores or delivers an outstanding performance. It’s also about being there for each other on the days when things don’t quite go to plan. Sometimes, a simple arm around the shoulder, a few encouraging words, or a little gesture that brings a smile to someone’s face can mean just as much as a goal. And that’s what I love about this Chelsea team. We don’t need every player to be at their absolute best in every single game. What matters is having teammates who stand by each other, through the good moments and the difficult ones. Sometimes, the true strength of a football team isn’t just measured by what happens on the pitch. It’s also found in little moments like this. 💙 This is the Chelsea I love. 💙 #LE90
🚨🔴 BREAKING: MAN CITY FACE MASSIVE POINTS DEDUCTION AND POSSIBLE RELEGATION! Manchester City are reportedly facing a huge points deduction that could be severe enough to guarantee their relegation from the Premier League to the Championship, according to Oliver Holt of Mail Sport. Sources close to the process suggest that City could also receive a substantial financial penalty, while a further points deduction next season could potentially keep them in the Championship for at least another year. However, the possibility of Manchester City being expelled from the Premier League and sent directly to League Two is considered unlikely. An independent commission has already found City guilty of serious breaches of Premier League financial regulations, but the club maintains its innocence and has lodged an appeal. ⚠️ No official punishment has been announced yet, and the final outcome remains subject to the ongoing legal process. 📰 Source: Oliver Holt | Mail Sport 📌 LE90 | Football News
🚨🎥 REF CAM: Heated Exchange Between Jordan Henderson and James Tarkowski During Everton vs Chelsea! A heated conversation allegedly captured by the referee’s camera (Ref Cam) during the first half of Everton vs Chelsea has been circulating on social media. 🗣️ James Tarkowski to the referee: “Ref, he insulted me and shoved me! When I tried to confront him, he ran away. Now he’s standing here acting like he’s done absolutely nothing wrong!” 🗣️ Jordan Henderson fires back: “I never called you that! You’re the one who went flying into Caicedo like you’d completely lost your head! What on earth were you thinking?” 🗣️ Tarkowski: “Don’t lie to the referee! You know exactly what you said. You pushed me first, and now you’re acting like nothing happened. Have some courage and admit what you did!” 🗣️ Henderson: “You’re asking what a drunk man was thinking? Take a look at yourself, mate! You went charging into people like a madman, and now you’re the one complaining when someone confronts you!” 🗣️ Tarkowski: “You’re the one acting drunk! You’ve completely lost your head! Ref, this guy deserves a red card! He’s going around pushing people and then pretending he’s the victim!” 🗣️ Henderson: “Watch your mouth! You can’t go around kicking people, losing your temper, and then telling everyone else how to behave. Get a grip, mate!” 🗣️ Tarkowski: “Don’t you dare tell me to get a grip! Who do you think you are, some kind of tough guy? You’re all talk! Try pushing me one more time and see what happens!” 🗣️ Henderson with the final word: “Go on, mate. Keep talking! You’re only embarrassing yourself! Maybe you should focus on defending your own goal instead of trying so hard to get me sent off!” 💙🔥
“The more I see the players wearing Chelsea’s third kit on the pitch, the more I appreciate just how beautiful it really is this season. For me, this is one of the best-looking Chelsea kits we’ve had in years.” 🤍💙
💙 One thing I’ve really noticed since Xabi Alonso took charge of Chelsea is the relationship he has built with the players. Whether it’s on the training ground or during matches, we often see Alonso chatting, joking, laughing, and embracing his players. There’s something genuinely warm and natural about it. Everyone seems happy to be working together, and you can feel that connection. And whenever I see these moments, I can’t help but think back to his time at Real Madrid. Because, if I’m being honest, I rarely saw this kind of atmosphere during his time there. Instead, we seemed to hear more about tensions behind the scenes and disagreements between Alonso and certain players. It makes me wonder… What if the problem at Real Madrid was never entirely Xabi Alonso? What if some players simply weren’t willing to embrace his ideas, his philosophy, or the way he wanted his team to play? I’ve always believed that no matter how brilliant a manager is, no matter how good his tactics are, if the players don’t believe in him or aren’t willing to move in the same direction, building a successful team becomes incredibly difficult. But with Chelsea right now, it’s not just the performances on the pitch that make me happy. What makes me genuinely happy is seeing our players training with smiles on their faces, joking around, enjoying themselves, and having a manager who seems to be more than just a coach. Someone who can be a teacher, an older brother, and even a friend to his players at the same time. Of course, a strong relationship alone doesn’t guarantee success. But I truly believe every great team starts with trust. And right now, I feel like we’re building exactly that at Chelsea. This doesn’t feel like just a group of footballers coming together to do their jobs anymore. It feels like a group of people who genuinely enjoy being around each other, almost like one big family. I absolutely love this atmosphere, and I hope we get to see these smiles for many years to come. Because at the end of the day, football isn’t just about winning trophies or collecting three points. It’s also about seeing people who care about each other, trust each other, and fight for each other. And when you have that kind of togetherness, I believe success will eventually follow. I really do believe that. 💙
💙 The more I watch Brighton’s performances this season, the more impressive Chelsea’s victory over them looks! I think we’ve all seen just how good Brighton have been this season. They’ve become one of the most impressive teams in the Premier League, with a dangerous attack and an incredibly solid defence. And after watching them absolutely demolish Crystal Palace 5-0 in their latest match, you really have to admit that this Brighton side is something special. But here’s the thing… Chelsea are the ONLY team to have beaten Brighton this season! 💙 Brighton have conceded just FIVE goals in the Premier League so far this season. And guess what? FOUR of those five goals were scored by Chelsea! Even more impressively, Chelsea remain the only team to have handed Brighton a defeat in the Premier League this season. I have a lot of respect for Brighton. They might not have the reputation or the star-studded squad of the biggest clubs, but they’ve built an outstanding team capable of causing serious problems for anyone they face. But at the same time, I think we have to give our Chelsea boys some serious credit too. Scoring four goals against a team with such a strong defensive record, and being the only side to beat them so far, is no small achievement. Sometimes we look at a victory as just another three points. But as time goes by, and we see just how strong that opponent really is, we begin to appreciate how special that win actually was. Brighton deserve all the praise they’re getting, and so do our Chelsea boys! 💙👏
