The Astar network uses a variety of Layer-2 scaling techniques to enhance capacity, including: * **Sharding:** The network is divided into multiple shards, each of which processes a subset of transactions. This allows the network to process more transactions without increasing the load on each individual node. * **Rollups:** Transactions are bundled together and processed off-chain, reducing the amount of data that needs to be processed on-chain. * **State channels:** Transactions are processed between two parties directly, without being broadcast to the entire network. This reduces the number of transactions that need to be processed on-chain. These techniques allow the Astar network to scale to handle a large number of transactions without sacrificing security or decentralization.

Solana is a high-performance blockchain that supports a wide range of decentralized applications (dApps). It is designed to be scalable, secure, and energy-efficient. Solana's unique hybrid consensus mechanism, which combines proof-of-stake (PoS) and proof-of-history (PoH), allows it to achieve high throughput and low latency. Solana is also home to a growing ecosystem of dApps, including decentralized exchanges (DEXs), lending platforms, and non-fungible token (NFT) marketplaces. The Solana Foundation, the non-profit organization that oversees the development of the Solana blockchain, is committed to making Solana the most scalable and secure blockchain in the world. Here are some of the benefits of using Solana: * **High throughput:** Solana can process over 50,000 transactions per second, making it one of the most scalable blockchains available. * **Low latency:** Solana's transactions are confirmed in under a second, making it ideal for real-time applications. * **Energy e

Bitcoin has re-entered the top 10 assets globally with a market cap of $848.9 billion, putting it in the company of other valuable assets. However, it's important to note that Bitcoin's market cap is significantly smaller than that of gold, which has a market cap of $13.66 trillion. This highlights the growing prominence of Bitcoin in the global financial landscape, but it still has a long way to go to reach the market cap of traditional assets like gold.
