I implemented strategies from Inclusive Teaching from @DrMrsKellyHogan & @vijisathy and transparent assignment design. I have yet to fully analyze, but these are my preliminary results measured by course evals. @LISPedagogyChat #HigherEd
I know from losing followers that people do not like political posts but information work doesn't happen in a vacuum. We are working in a real world that is increasingly being run by a minority of power & control hungry people against the rest of us. Neutrality is not an option.
Today I successfully defended my dissertation and became Dr. Winberry. Thank you so much to my committee and to everyone in my life who helped make this day possible. I look forward to sharing details on what comes next soon!
