Luke 15:20 And he arose and came to his father. But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and felt compassion, and ran and embraced him and kissed him. It doesn't matter how far off we are, God still welcomes us with open arms. But we need to arise and return.

Psalm 112:7 They will have no fear of bad news; their hearts are steadfast, trusting in the Lord. It's easy to run away from problems with your own strength. But much harder to trust God to steady your ship in a storm and get you through triumphantly.

Lamentations 3:22–23 The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. The joy of having a new sports champion, or a perfectly-baked dessert – cannot compare to God's goodness – new every day.

2 Peter 1:21 For no prophecy was ever produced by the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit. God's promises become effective and actual when living in the way of life God has revealed in Christ.

Jeremiah 17:8 They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. Remain planted by God and fruit will be borne even in times of drought.

John 16:33 “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” It’s tempting to choose careers that bring wealth. But have we asked ourselves – who and what do we put our hope in?

Proverbs 27:17 As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another. Don’t live the Christian life alone. God has created us for community so seek out like-minded kingdom partners across industry and ministry.

2 Kings 6:16 “Don’t be afraid,” the prophet answered. “Those who are with us are more than those who are with them.” Like Elisha, let's not be overcome by fear and anxiety. Nothing formed against us shall prevail, for God holds the entire world in His hands.

Psalm 43:3 Oh, send out Your light and Your truth! Let them lead me; Let them bring me to Your holy hill And to Your tabernacle. In our companies, do we hide or let God's light shine? Let's treasure our colleagues, rather than focusing solely on profits and earthly outcomes.
