I have not had such poor customer service in a long time as I've been having with @BestBuyCanada and @PurolatorInc this past week. Completely useless & keep pointing fingers at each other instead of fixing the issue and getting me my package in time for Xmas. You guys suck!

@CFJC_Today @cbcnewsbc A logging truck took out lines on Mamette Lake Road Monday & @TELUS won't restore phone lines until May 25 leaving many people incl. seniors with no home phone in an area without cell service. People should know this company doesn't care about customers!
Seriously, does anyone know how to get to an actual human @amazonca? Their @AmazonHelp is a complete joke and just keeps sending me in circles instead of giving me a number or email for support.
@AmazonHelp Does this have to be done on a laptop because the app is literally taking me in circles back to the "customer service" main page, not to chat or call back option.
@AmazonHelp I'm having issues placing an order with @amazonca refusing all delivery addresses in North America. I want to deal with an actual human as there is no support for this problem. Where can I get help for this?
@AmazonHelp Either honour the price and ship the item or take the item down if the price is too low. It's false advertising and frustrating lots of customers!
@AmazonHelp That doesn't help because none of the topics are related. I want to contact an actual human. It's about an item that you are advertising but will not ship anywhere in North America. Multiple people are having this problem.

@MizzzAlia I may be homeless... And now my parent's farm is under evacuation alert so we are packed and ready to go if the order comes through ☹
@uhaul my husband was on hold for over an hour trying to get roadside assistance and then you disconnected him. When we call the local number we keep getting sent to the call in limbo. What a nightmare your company is!
What a complete garbage company @uhaul is. My husband got stranded on the side of the road because the transmission failed and we had to get our own towing company. Now we can't get in touch with a human and all our possessions are stuck in a broken down truck.
My skin is looking better than ever thanks to @derma_e Peptide and Collagen Serum. Read my full review @socialnature #trynatural #GotItFree socialnature.com/collagen-moist…
