I am on level 1 drill 1 of @TopVelocity for a week. I am slowly getting this drill to look closer to what I need to be doing. 500 more reps and bridge push ups to get the feeling of being back over my knee. #Baseball is hard

@scott_peak @EthanMelquist @TopVelocity Honestly, what's the purpose of a quad dominant lower-half drill with linear action of the shoulders with zero intention to rotate. What do you like about it?
@LantzWheeler @scott_peak @EthanMelquist The only quad dominates in this drill is the landing leg which the quad is one of the biggest muscle to help stabilize the landing.
@TopVelocity @scott_peak @EthanMelquist So he's not extending and driving with the quad on the rear leg?
@LantzWheeler @scott_peak @EthanMelquist No the quad has to stretch through this movement to allow the hip to flex to allow more pelvis rotation.
