Been back on the diet for a few weeks now. It's been hard getting back to it, I let myself slack after my back went out about a month ago. Working to get to 325 LBS by the end of the year.

I look forward to the day that I can eat something like pizza or a hamburger without it triggering a binge for me. Until then, I need to be strict on what I eat. My hope is to be able to improve my relationship with food and get off of this BP medicine.
Got back to working out this last week. The holidays were rough and my health has been crap. So far the girlfriend has been mostly supportive. I just wish she would go on a plan with me. It would help a lot.

Hit 328 LBS already this week, that puts me way ahead of schedule, so goal now is to maintain that through the holiday. If I drop more, no biggie, but I don't want to gain.
