I remember animating on a Chinese thing a while ago, but for some reason the production assistant would never give us the model sheets/settei, and we had to use previous episodes and media of the IP to use as model sheets... Anyone else have experience working with the Chinese?

Rest in peace, Toriyama. The closest I had ever been to Toriyama was working on that Dragon Quest anime. I don't know how involved he was with production, but it was a great memory drawing in his style.
