For most of us the Oakland Coliseum was a sanctuary amid life’s chaos. It was a place where life’s craziness would simply fade away. No matter what was going on knew we always had a place to escape to. We could get away from the daily grind and know we could always find refuge within the magical confines of the Coliseum.
