PIPE is yet to unlock. Paid a huge premium for $SMLR. Already trading at a 3x+ mNAV premium. In my opinion $LQWD has competition for the easiest short in the sector in $ASST.
Arbitrage play: If the merger closes, $SMLR should trade at 21x $ASST. If you think the deal will close, you should long $SMLR, if you think it won't close, you should short $ASST. Risks: The timing on the close of the deal; may take months.

This is the first significant merger in the BTCTC space. I suspect there will be many more to come. $SWC is also looking to acquire or merge with UK BTC Treasuries, keep an eye on that.

I honestly think $GOOG will be the first company to $10,000,000,000,000. If used correctly, TPUs are better than GPUs for LLM training. Moreover, Google has the best real-world data. $NVDA has the GPUs the world needs, but first to AGI just opens a whole new can of worms.
