NGL, ignoring gun laws is based. Seeing those kids flashing around Glocks with switches is the kind of thing that, if shared by all gun owners, pretty much puts an end to the entire gun control scheme. Of course, if you acknowledge the reality of the scene, they probably are a big part of why their neighborhoods are unsafe to begin with. Whether or not they’re victimizing innocent people is the test right? I think it sets up an interesting question. Does being a criminal make you a bad guy? That the answer is no seems obvious to me. The rule of law types may disagree. Denying your citizens the legal right to carry a gun for self defense is more criminal than breaking the law to carry a gun because you live in a dangerous area.
@Lead_Flinger Oddly, putting a switch on MY Glock would get me 5 to 10 years in a federal pokie... without endangering anything but my ammunition budget.
@Lead_Flinger It’s not based at all to celebrate that laws are enforced against us but not them.
@Lead_Flinger ALL gun laws are unconstitutional. “Shall not be infringed”.
@Lead_Flinger If your crime infringes upon the rights or property of others, yes you’re a criminal. If there’s no victim involved with the crime, such as citizens carrying glocks with switches until they’re used for the latter it should be legal. No victim no crime.
@Lead_Flinger You can't stop the signal. Black markets will ALWAYS supply desirable goods. Billions of illegal drugs, illegal guns, prostitution, Prohibition.
@Lead_Flinger What is the difference between a Glock switch or not turning in bump-stocks? Or for that matter, not removing a brace off of an AR/AK pistol? I tend to be a rule of law person. Because they don’t serve the food I like in prison. Invest in some good rubber bands.
@Lead_Flinger How long would it take the Feds to find and arrest a white guy flashing a switch on video?
We must first make a distinction between crimes in which an actual, identifiable, victim exists and victimless crimes against the government. I'm fine with people breaking every law against every victimless in the book. I'm not fine with people harming people or stealing their stuff. For all we know here, these guys are a makeshift militia helping defend their part of town against actual criminals.
