Started hitting the gym every other day 3months ago, then it was 4 days a week, now it 5 if not every day. Did 3.2 miles in 50 minutes. It’s no 6 minute mile like my younger days, but I’ll get there for sure. Started 225, down to 217. The goal is 160, which I have not been since my USMC days.

@Legendaryladman I went from 290-ish down to 195, then up to about 210 with more muscle, still working on burning some fat what worked for me personally (because I hate cardio) was just longer uphill walks on treadmills. Like 6-8% incline, 4-ish MPH, 30-45 mins every day good luck!
