🇹🇷 Türkiye’de kripto varlık hizmet sağlayıcılarını kapsayan üç yönetmelik, Hazine ve Maliye Bakanlığı tarafından Resmi Gazete'de yayımlandı. Yeni düzenlemelere göre, 425 dolardan fazla işlem yapan kullanıcıların kimlik bilgilerini ülkenin kripto para hizmet sağlayıcılarına sunmaları gerekecek. Düzenlemeler, 25 Şubat 2025 tarihinde yürürlüğe girecek. Ayrıca eklenen geçici 3. madde ile, 6362 sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu çerçevesinde faaliyette bulunan #kripto varlık hizmet sağlayıcılarının, faaliyetlerinin duyurulmasından itibaren bir ay içinde Başkanlığa başvuru yapmaları zorunluluğu getirildi.
