From “Why me, God?” to “Thank You, God.” Last year I was in a season of loss; this year I’m in a season of blessings. God really does turn pain into purpose. I hope this message encourages someone today; don't give up. God did not bring you this far to leave you.

God, I'm grateful for the growth I didn’t earn alone. I'm praying for more strength, more character, and more opportunities to serve Him and others well. I pray for more wisdom, humility, and purpose to continue being #AForce4Good. C̶o̶n̶s̶t̶a̶b̶l̶e̶ Corporal Lessaun A. Blake

"When the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen". - Isaiah 60:22 2025 taught me that our timing isn’t always perfect. We can do all the calculations and think it’s the best, but God’s timing is flawless. Trust in Him, and He will work it out at the RIGHT time.

Jamaica Constabulary Force @JamaicaConstab

Police Commissioner Dr Kevin Blake has commended the sustained reduction in violent crime as the year draws to a close, while urging members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) to remain reflective, agile and disciplined in their approach to policing. Commissioner Blake was writing in his latest Commissioner’s Corner published in the weekly Force Orders. Despite the significant gains, the Commissioner cautioned against complacency, stressing that every loss of life remains a matter of serious concern. “We are almost halfway into December and we continue to suppress the murders. With 19 days left in December and the rest of 2025, we are seeing 14 murders so far in December. While this number is relatively low, these are 14 murders that we were not able to prevent, even with our best efforts – and so, it is 14 too many,” said Blake.

4. Prioritize tasks: Prioritizing your tasks can help you focus on what's most important, and avoid getting sidetracked by less important tasks. Make a list of tasks in order of importance and work on them in that order.

1. Break tasks into smaller parts: Understand the psychology behind procrastination. Procrastination often arises when we feel overwhelmed by the size or complexity of a task. By breaking it into smaller parts, it can become less intimidating and easier to manage.
