On the overground and spotted a guy had left his Nike shoe box on the train. He left without taking it, so I grabbed it and tried to get his attention as I gently chucked it onto the platform. I might've saved his footwear or averted a security alert. Who knows? #shoedilemma 🤩

@_Harry_Brennan_ I was working in sales when I was diagnosed with terminal bowel cancer in Jan 2017. I thought I was fit and healthy and too young (44) with no family history. I retrained as an NLP Master Practitioner and launched letsmaketime.co.uk in March 2019. Love it!

3 years ago to the day I was diagnosed with terminal bowel cancer. I planned my funeral, shared the news with our 5 children (blended family), planned for the worst and hoped for the best. I help people, like me, deal with uncertainty. I'm still alive! #journorequests
@marksmithwriter Hi Mark, after receiving a terminal bowel cancer diagnosis in 2017 (all clear now), I found NLP helped build myself back up again when the doc told me to go away and life a normal life. I now run digital wellbeing webinars and have a cancer support group Letsmaketime.co.uk

@TVpsychologist @MindCharity I tend to experience symptoms of SAD when my vitamin d levels are low. 2 years ago I couldn't get out of bed in January and felt like my mojo had disappeared. My homeopath reminded me that most people in the UK are deficient between Oct - April ⚡️
