I once trusted some 'car AC technician' who was recommended to me by a friend. For nearly a year, I've been fixing the AC, but it only works briefly, mainly when the weather is cool. However, I found Meddie Mulangwa, the owner of H&B Auto Garage in Kyanja, who fixed the problem in one day. He checks for free and let's you know what you need to replace, and once you have the money, you call him to sort you out. He is one of the most reliable AC guys you need to reach out to. I got to know him from his Facebook AD but had to test him first. This is his contact: +256752645934

Last night at State House Entebbe, I met European Ambassadors and investors. I was pleased to learn that European investors are increasingly investing in Uganda, particularly in hydropower and other infrastructure projects. I have always told our European friends that Africa is a huge market because of its rapidly growing population. This is an opportunity we must all take advantage of. On tax incentives, I explained that our 10 year tax holiday for eligible manufacturers is meant to encourage investment, production and job creation. As our people produce and earn more, Government also collects revenue through consumer spending and income taxes.

I particularly thank the CDF and his commanders for fighting corruption in the army and improving the welfare of our soldiers. I am following the improvements in barracks and pay, but the fight against corruption is especially important because it directly affects the welfare of our men and women in uniform. To the new officers, remain disciplined, stay close to the people and serve Uganda with honour.

Today, I commissioned 280 Officer Cadets at Kabamba. I congratulate the officers and thank their families and the UPDF leadership for guiding them through their training. A strong defence requires a strong economy, well trained soldiers, investment in science and technology, and cooperation with our brother African countries. The UPDF must also protect wealth creators and help combat crime and sabotage in our communities.

I thank President William Ruto for inviting me to Lamu County, for the groundbreaking ceremony of the Dangote East Africa Petroleum Refinery. I am happy to see Africa waking up and moving away from the 70-year betrayal of exporting raw materials. Mr Dangote, who started as an importer and has become a national and continental asset, is a good example of the transformation we need.

@Revnickk @oworugambo Kiwologoma catching strays here 😂. We’re a bit out, yes, but surely we can’t be in the same category as Matugga, Nakasajja, Katende, Kakiri & the likes. We’re relatively close to town, and with a brandnew road, accessing town shouldn’t be a rainy morning shouldnt be so hard. 😄

You mad man, we got 22.5%. you were spot on. Anyways, without accountability & control mechanisms in place, we are going to risk it on the over inflated KJE & we are right to be worried.

Met Vice President Jessica Alupo of Uganda on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York. We reaffirmed our commitment to strengthening this partnership and advancing areas of mutual interest for the prosperity of our people. As close neighbours and major trading partners, we will continue working together within the East African Community to deepen regional integration, expand trade and investment, and unlock the opportunities of the African Continental Free Trade Area. We also agreed to strengthen our cooperation at the continental and multilateral levels in advancing Africa’s shared interests and building a more prosperous and integrated continent.

Yesterday afternoon, I participated in the High-Level Meeting on the implementation of the Pact for the Future in Africa, hosted by the President of Namibia. If well implemented, it will enhance prosperity for Africa’s youth and help relieve African countries of the debt burden.
