If you worried so much about new voters not voting for you that you made it harder for regular voters to vote for you, maybe you need to rethink your strategy and just appeal to ALL voters. We can have more access and secure elections at the same time.

Wildcats serve, even on summer break! We were impressed -- but not necessarily surprised -- to learn these students (primarily rising sophomores), and moms, volunteered their time at Loaves & Fishes Soup Kitchen this past Thursday.

Thanks Randy, Linds, Katy and Chris for an awesome Retirement Party with 300 friends and family, yummy fajitas from Sage Dining, touching video and bookish centerpieces. In a few months we’ll be moving to Waco to be closer to kids and grandkids. Thank you God for blessing us!

So honored that WCS dedicated the yearbook to me. My Moms in Prayer friends were there to celebrate. It’s been an honor to nurture life-long learners for 26 years and pray for the school weekly for over 20 years. I will definitely miss the warm, friendly environment at WCS!

Paparazzi captured local authors before the Wordsmith Guild authors-only party. You can read their stories over the next couple of weeks in the library. The stories range from adventure to fantasy, science fiction and drama and most have a moral. Nice job authors!
