@SpiritualityMe @O_Magazine @EckhartTolle That's absolutely right. Being aware of any resistance, negative thoughts or emotions that might arise gives you a choice to react or not react. Without awareness you are always swept away in this negatively. Always be open to the present moment and you will be open to life.
