This amazing #Muranoglass chandelier is a joy to #restore as the vibrant colours of the delicate #handmade glass keep making us #smile. It just needs some candle tubes added and then it will be back to its former glory.

It’s such a grey morning here we thought we’d post something beautiful to lift our spirits! Designed by Rick Tegelaar - amazingly (and sustainably!) it’s made almost entirely of chicken wire. Now if that doesn’t inspire a #sundayafternoonproject we don’t know what will!!

It’s #OpenHouseLondon this weekend and there are a few new gems to visit like The Cork House by Nimtim Architects in Lewisham. Using cork as a building material boosts cork production and keeps cork forests alve, saving rapidly disappearing wildlife habitats!
