@ridetheferry We riders should all pool our 600+ dollars a month and charter our own ferry out of Belford ... can we use the slip that the Betsy Ross is in since one of the big boats is perpetually just parked there and not running anyway?
@ridetheferry you have hit an all time low. You leave easily 100 people behind on all your evening departures and your crew doesn’t even make eye contact as they turn everyone away.
@PotteryBarnKids when did your customer service become so terrible? I contacted your help number last week, sent multiple emails that I was told would be “escalated to a manager” and never received a reply. Followed up again today and got more of the same. So disappointing. ☹️
