Azerbaijan stripped the very few remaining Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh of their Armenian passports, didn't issue AZ passports to them, and hasn't given them mobile connection or internet access outside of the ICRC office.

@LindseySnell How many Armenian people are still in Karabakh?
@LindseySnell This practice already existed. A handful of ethnic Armenians living in Azerbaijan prior to 2024 had severe difficulties obtaining passports. Everyone knew this will happen and yet, here we are:(
@LindseySnell Armenians living in the territory of Karabakh should accept Azerbaijani citizenship and live on the basis of our legislation. Of course, the way was open for those who did not want to accept it. It is better that they find a place to live after that
@LindseySnell There is no such thing as forced expulsion of Armenians from our lands, because our country gave them the opportunity to live comfortably here. Those who are currently leaving are those who do not want to live as citizens of Azerbaijan, and it is their right to leave.
@LindseySnell #Azerbaijan is not forcing anyone to leave #Karabakh. Those who don’t want to accept Azerbaijani jurisdiction, they have to leave. Those who would like to stay and get the passports, they are welcome to stay.
@LindseySnell With their lies and fabrications, Armenians convinced almost half of the world that Azerbaijan allegedly committed genocide against Armenians, on the contrary, Armenians have always committed genocide against Azerbaijanis.
