Take it one day at a time, be guided by the intellect rather than emotion or experience. Allow your experience to give you wisdom, and know your emotion to be aware. But never leave your intellectual faculties on the table of another. Strengthen your mind, and be your Good Self.

Time is so very fleeting, things can change at a whim. Being true to thyself is as important as being honest with others. And further, one can lose their sense of self in trying to please others before oneself. Not as in selfish, but nurturing your Soul first. The mental "twist".

Even as someone is found to be false, there seems to be a dissonance reduction among those who follow them. Do not be like those whose naivety caused them to lose sight of their own individuality, as there are those out to mislead you/cause you harm. Violence is not Peace. #Truth

There are those who'll take advantage of a #good Soul, not knowing the damage they're doing to that ones sense of #humanitarianism. Some are resilient and continue to help others, whilst some can become calloused by the usery. Do not let a few, cease your care for many... #BeLife

Energy is indeed real, its aspects can be felt between humans. To feel another persons depth in energy (and/or the essence of their presence) can be profound. The void that some people feel can be filled by this energy. Sense-perception of energy is what is Felt, not all is Good.

The restlessness of the Soul is sometimes calmed by simple things. It is those things that can bring simple joy, and simple joy can bring a genuine smile to a face. A #smile can be a great gift. Sometimes what is simple is great, and whatever is unknown is held to be magnificent.
