Before automating a report, name the decision it should change.
If nobody can name the owner, trigger or next action, automation only produces the same waste faster.
Design the decision first. Then build the workflow.

Test your onboarding with the same form submitted twice. Define how existing clients are matched, which fields can change and who reviews uncertain matches.
One client should not trigger duplicate onboarding.

Test the rollback before the rollout.
Know how to restore the previous workflow.
Plan a small rehearsal and a clear recovery path.

A fast acknowledgement is not lead ownership.
Define who receives each enquiry, what happens when details are missing and how the team sees an accepted follow up.

Signed does not mean ready to start.
Before an onboarding workflow marks a project ready, check the brief, required access, owner and first delivery date.
Linvex Solutions builds automated workflows and business systems.

Someone is making money from your brand name.
It probably isn't you.
Search "you vs your competitor":
Affiliate sites: monetising your name, above you
Your competitor: framing it their way
AI engines: assembling from what exists
You: absent
The page exists either way.
Founders handle competitor moves two ways. Both wrong.
Ignore everything until something breaks. Or react to everything: rival ships Tuesday, it's on your roadmap Thursday.
Score it first:
Critical: changes what a buyer pays
Actionable: signals a strategy shift
FYI: perception only
Noise: logo refresh, blog post
Most weeks produce nothing above FYI.
we asked 250+ founders the same question
"what's the one thing you wish you didn't have to do yourself?"
almost every answer circled back to the same five things: AI visibility, SEO, marketing, strategy, and execution
so we built something for exactly that

Human approval should be based on risk. Low-risk task: automate it. Medium-risk task: automate and review samples. High-risk task: prepare the action, but require approval before execution. Not every workflow needs the same level of autonomy.
Every business AI agent needs boundaries:
What data can it access?
What actions can it take?
When must it request approval?
What happens when it is uncertain?
Autonomy without boundaries creates operational risk.
A chatbot communicates.
An AI agent can communicate, use tools and complete a defined sequence of actions.
The important question is not, "Can it talk?"
It is, "What should it be authorised to do?"
A useful automation should improve at least one measurable outcome: Time saved Cost reduced Errors prevented Response time improved Capacity increased If none of these can be measured, the project may not need AI.
AI does not automatically fix an inefficient process.
If a workflow has unclear ownership, inconsistent inputs and unnecessary approvals, automating it can make the confusion move faster.
Simplify first. Automate second.
Before automating a task, ask three questions: Is it repeated frequently? Does it follow recognisable rules? Can the output be checked? If the answer is yes to all three, it may be a strong automation candidate.
Most AI agencies learn on the client's budget.
We built our own product first - every expensive lesson paid in-house.
Reply with the process slowing you down. We'll tell you straight if AI can kill it - fixed price, before we build.

Every AI agency has a deck.
Ask them what they've shipped.
Agents, automation, chatbots, dashboards, integrations — fixed price before we build, live in weeks.
