Last summer @fibrus said they would relocate a cabinet at the rear of my property (yeah, I'm a nimby) because of excessive noise. I chased this in December and they reneged on that decision. They are now trying to persuade me that decision was not final
@currys Just wanted to thank you for your crap warranty and refund policy !! I will now be shopping at Argos going forwards.. 28 days warranty, my arse !! If I have an issue with an item, Argos gives me 12 month warranty !! Bye bye !
@Tanna_1990s Hello, kindly follow back and share your reachable WhatsApp number for further assistance. Thank you
@currys @AGONbyAOC Message sent 🙏
@currys @HPSupport I cant access DM's at all but from my repair number you should be able to see my mobile number and please call me
@Tanna_1990s Thank you for contacting HP Support. We're sorry for the inconvenience! I'd be happy to help you. If you're fine with it, I request that you drop us a direct message and give us a chance to see how we can address them.
Currently in @currys in Sydenham trying to buy a laptop but there is no one here to sell it to me!
@currys the issue was their lack of delivery staff crews or the lack of stock in the area. Neither of these are my issue because I control neither but they've inconvenienced me too much already. Absolutely useless. Wouldn't use them again if you paid me.
@currys is your central London store wheelchair accessible?
@currys I would if it would allow me to DM you
@currys Curry’s customer service is potentially the worst customer services in the UK. Get read the same script and told that they are not going to help. If I had known how bad this company were I would never have used them.
@currys I paid for a TV to be installed on the wall. All they did was drop the TV off and left.
@currys @alex_baldock Now they asked me to seek diagnostics through a independent repair service. I will do, but it costs around £100. At the end of the day, TV + 3rd party report + small claim court will cost me more than £1,000. Nonsense
@currys Not allowing me still waiting
@elizaja71705453 @currys Been there done it. Joke. Was girl who put wrong screen protector on phone. Thing wasn't fit for purchase. Managers answers looked like took bullet to phone aboustle joke the full thing. Screen now flashing its cracked so bad. Life time cover they quote nonsense!!!
@currys dear oh dear. Gave details for your team to actually contact a customer which you failed to do and then confirmed information about said customer and their delivery with me. GDPR breach. Gonna head over to @MartinSLewis site to find out the procedure to. Awful service!
@currys still no response from Curry's on the refund, been 5 weeks now. Top tip: Don't buy a dishwasher from Curry's. #toptip #currys #CustomerServiceFail #trustpilot
@currys what a disgrace you are. Delivery due yesterday. Not done. Customer service rubbish. Manager will call in 72 hours. This is a fridge freezer and dishwasher for assisted living flat with a vulnerable old lady.
@currys Can someone pm this has still not been resolved !!!! Do not shop with curry's months of a smashed phone not resolved!!!
