@RoyalMail at 12:45pm, my “guaranteed by 1pm” delivery was cancelled due to my property being inaccessible! No closures, no local issues… Smacks of “we needed to knock off on time so the thing you needed today will come Monday” piss poor

@RoyalMail my daughter has had her parcel containing an oder costing, £699, showing delivered. Although, NOT delivered to our address. When looking at the tracker, it says delivered from the,"Kiln Farm DO Milton Keynes ". NOT, Sandhurst DO. Sender refuse to help as, "Delivered".

@RoyalMail hey you know what would be good and easy to add the name of the person or business sending a parcel. That way in the app it's easy to understand what has been sent and from who!
