@camwest4 100%! Took over as Head Coach for our Coronado High School Football Program two years ago, and we were blessed to raise $55,000 in nine months, for our brand new weight room! That’s where you build power, explosiveness, mental toughness, and team culture!

A5: ⬇️Big fan ⬇️ We’re limited in what we can do in spring but drills like these allow us to overcome those obstacles and still isolate and refine the skills critical to our success. #lizardfbchat

A3: Your culture has to permeate every aspect of what you do. Even the cover photo for our group chat is the USMC sniper motto: “The decision is mine.” Borrowed this from @MattGuerrieri. Serves as a constant reminder that the success of this def depends on them #lizardfbchat

A2: In order to develop “family”, we have LB dinner every Tuesday. No phones, no football talk. You have to care about your brother’s success as much as yours if you hope to develop a winning culture. Breaking bread together is the first step in my mind to get there #lizardfbchat

A1: Speaking on behalf of the LB room, it’s application of culture. We speak on intangible characteristics often but what does it look like in day to day life? How do you provide and reinforce examples of your culture in the classroom, in life, and on gameday? #lizardfbchat

A1: Our players work hard/play hard when they are HERE. We are constantly trying to find ways to keep them engaged and focused when they get away from us. Need players to want to do things on their own time (film/drills/etc.) that is needed to take us to next level. #lizardfbchat
